Can it shorten labor or guarantee easier delivery? The research hints that, but isn't quite there yet—but honestly, feeling better NOW counts for a lot!

Safety first: Certain high-risk conditions require an ok from your healthcare provider, but there are many alterations we can make to support normal changes and discomforts during your pregnancy. We do ask that you not book a massage within 3 days of air travel.

And you might think your belly-down days are behind you for now, but we have special pregnancy tables that let you spend a small part of your massage face down.
