Let me tell you something not everyone knows. . .

One of the best things that has come out of writing The Natural Apothecary has been learning that authenticity builds fans but it also fires up the dissenters.

When you show up as yourself and put that self out into the world, some people are ecstatic about you, your message, and what you embody.

Others get triggered emotionally out of having their own belief systems being challenged.

Getting published has been an illumination of how when we show up fully as ourselves, we can then truly find our people, our tribe, our community.

The lesson for me in this is has been that I can’t please everyone and I no longer want to.

Neither can you. So don’t risk holding yourself back for fear of conflict or confrontation.

You have magic 🧙🏽‍♀️ and uniqueness to bring this world. Let us see it!
