I’m Aaron J. Allen, LMT. I believe in quality of life, and helping you attain your best in daily living. You put your body through the paces. Whether you’re sitting at a desk hunched over a computer, raising kids, working on cars, or doing one of the amazing Bellingham outdoor activities: your body pays the price. I’m dedicated to helping you live your lifestyle longer. In my teens, I thought I was invincible and was humbled by a severe back injury. Later my girlfriend, now wife, was in a rear impact car accident and suffered severe whiplash. These events helped guide me to the path of massage therapy and bodywork. From Sports Massage for Ski2Sea to accident recovery; I’m excited to work with you and find ways to increase your daily quality of life, in all the work that grinds you, and the activities you love.
