Sacrifices are being made sadly I am selling my beautiful vintage pram . I’d love to see it go to a good home possibly to a photographer. So please if anybody knows someone who maybe interested let me know . I’m accepting serious offers . I hate to see this baby go but it’s a must . It does take apart for easy storage and can be set up in less then ten mins it’s just heavy .

In the previous post, Romper highlighted the project and I are working on with the campaign to reduce stigma and help postpartum women talk about the negative thoughts they have. Love yourself you are beautiful 💕

This is you, and I know what you see. You see a soft middle, a round belly. You see too wide hips and your favourite jeans that don't do up. You see messy hair and tired eyes.
This is you, and here's what I see. A woman who held the universe in her womb, told by society she should be ashamed of it. I see strength and power to hold that growing and changing body and I see a new woman has recently emerged, a Mother. I see a woman who will not bounce back or go back to what she once was. She is so different now in so many much more beautiful ways.
This is you, and I know what your baby sees. Your baby sees perfection, ecstasy, joy, life, peace, love. Your baby sees home. Your baby sees you.

Super exciting!

We are breaking the mold for traditional prenatal care! We are elated to officially launch the CenteringPregnancy® program for expecting moms in our community next week. The Centering Healthcare Institute format offers expectant mothers a new care model that employs a group prenatal care format for 8-12 pregnant women with similar due dates. Each session includes group discussion with all expectant mothers and a provider, as well as one-on-one time with the provider. This structure allows for community-building, active engagement and supportive care. It’s a winning combination of health assessment, interactive learning and better health outcomes!
