Xuxi is an 11-year-old boy with Down syndrome. Through generous donations, he receives weekly special education classes and physical therapy that are helping him strengthen his skills and communication. He’s making wonderful progress, and his grandparents — who lovingly care for him — are so grateful.

We’re grateful to welcome two lovely 16-year-olds, Wenlin and Shanen, into ICC’s Changsha children’s center. Our staff are already working closely with them to provide supportive care, therapy, and a warm sense of belonging. We’ll share more soon on how they’re doing — but for now, please pray for them as they adjust to their new family and surroundings.

Born in Shandong province with a congenital limb difference, Anderson knows firsthand the power of love, care, and opportunity. 🎉 On October 7, Feiyang began his university studies — an incredible milestone for this determined young man whose family moved to Changsha so he could receive medical care.

Our ICC Outreach Team has supported Feiyang and his family since junior high, walking alongside them through years of surgeries, recovery, and study. Despite many challenges, Feiyang never lost sight of his dream to pursue higher education.

Because of your support, ICC was able to help provide the care, encouragement, and opportunities he needed to thrive. Today, we celebrate not just his achievement — but the hope and possibility your partnership brings to children with disabilities across Hunan province. 🙌
