👋 Meet Oliver!

Oliver is one of our amazing aides who helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and supports both our clinicians and patients throughout the day.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find Oliver outdoors — whether he’s kiteboarding on the bay, backcountry skiing in the mountains, riding Galbraith, or growing veggies in his garden. He loves staying active and enjoying everything Bellingham has to offer.

We’re grateful to have his energy and support as part of our team.

👋 Meet Rian!

Rian is part of our Front Office team, helping keep things running smoothly and welcoming everyone who walks through our doors with a smile.

Outside of the clinic, she spends most of her free time crafting — from drawing and costume design to jewelry making and writing. She believes a little creativity goes a long way, and that you can find a touch of art in even the smallest things ✨

The 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹 includes plans to 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁 for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.

These services are essential for maintaining independence and preventing hospitalizations.

Valentine’s Day often comes with talk of red flags—but your body has its own ways of getting your attention too. 🚩

Pain that keeps coming back, stiffness that limits your daily movement, or discomfort you’ve been “pushing through” are all signs worth noticing. These signals don’t always mean something is wrong, but they are reminders to slow down and listen.

Caring for your body doesn’t have to wait until things feel unbearable. Paying attention early can help you move more comfortably and confidently over time.
