Kieran Schumaker - Agile Body Integrative Therapy

Kieran Schumaker - Agile Body Integrative Therapy I am now practicing and teaching in Bellingham, Washington! This is a transformational process. Rediscover Joy in Movement!

The path to lasting pain relief often requires us to unlock and change the underlying structural pattern. Structural integrators work within the fascial system, with the goal of improving the body’s structural balance for the benefit of the whole being. Releasing fascial restriction of the neurovascular tracts can quickly free up movement where the body had been protecting the vessels and nerves. Neurovascular Release can improve posture, perceived strength, and agility.

Neurovascularly-informed Structural Integration

Kirstin is a Board Certified Structural Integrator, Certified ATSI practitioner, and Certified teacher of ATSI (formerly KMI). She greatly appreciates what she learns through teaching foundational concepts and methods in the ATSI program. Since 2013, she has been teaching her own curriculum on Neurovascular Release. In 2018 these are being developed into two different certification programs, one for clinically oriented manual therapists (physiotherapists, chiropractors, and highly experienced massage therapists) and one for structural integrators. In addition, she is developing a series of online courses (versions of the classroom courses that can be used for review or DIY self study). Kirstin is passionate about sharing the magical efficiency of this approach with her colleagues. She practices and lives in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, USA).
