✨ Have you shared your birth story yet?

Birth stories hold power—not only for the one who shares but for those who listen. In this story sharing circle, we gather to honor the wide range of experiences that birth brings—whether empowering, unexpected, or still being processed.

Sharing your story can be healing, affirming, and transformative, and hearing others can offer deep connection and insight. With space for 6 people to share, we’ll find connection and truth and reclaim the wisdom of storytelling in community.

There’s so much information as you prepare to become a parent! Join this cultivated 8 week series to connect with other pregnant folks, explore topics together and become more informed and confident as you head toward your due date.

An ideal time to join is in your second trimester, but all stages are welcome!

Topics will include:

🤰🏽 Health and fitness throughout pregnancy
🤰🏽 Labor coping and birth prep
🤰🏽 Mental Health support
🤰🏽 Basic infant care (sleep & feeding and more)
🤰🏽 Postpartum and the fourth trimester

We’ve designed this course with local experts, and it’s designed around building community to stay with you into parenthood.

A place to land as you become a mother.

Learning your baby…relearning yourself. Time slows down. The nights are long. Everything is different.

The fourth trimester is a time that deserves tenderness and support.

For brand new mothers, come together for 6 weeks beginning 11/19. Come as you are. Maybe this is the first place you go with your baby. It’s a gentle place to land and connect with other new moms. Talk about sleep, diaper rashes, your own healing, and your experience. Or just listen, and know that you’re not alone.

For mothers of older babies(4-12 months), there’s a space for you too. As parenting changes with a growing baby, we’re here to meet you where you are. 6 weeks beginning Sunday 11/23.

This guided 4 week session offers a space to connect while your little one explores. Learn about supporting development through a sensory lens from Certified Parent Educator and mom, Ellie Takemura.

Week 1: Supporting and observing play

Week 3: Strengthening your bond
Week 4: Navigating routines through the holidays

Conversations about milestones, leaps, changes and more will flow as you learn and connect with other families.
