Last quarter's Groove group were just so playfully expressive, wonderfully interactive, and absolutely lovely! They surprised me with a secretly coordinated "sparkle day" in which they all wore sparkly things (pictured here). And they spontaneously danced past the white board on during another class leaving me kind notes that poked my heart in the best of ways. Can't wait to dance with another jolly assortment of regulars and newbies! And I hope you'll join us! We'd love to loop you into this wonderful way of dancing where we we get to practice brave authenticity and joyful togetherness.

Enjoy moving to the music with friends in the fresh air with an ocean view as we watch the sun set over beautiful Bellingham Bay!

We’ll dance to a deliciously diverse playlist sent via radio transmitter to provided headphones. Gear will be available for use on a first come, first served basis.

Through the pain and grief of betrayal, abandonment and loss, I've had the opportunity to become intimately acquainted with my heart's many rooms -- meeting all the parts of me with as much courage and compassion, presence and acceptance, strength and softness, honesty and hope as I can muster. The lights and shadows, shrines and ruins, altars and wounds, empty spaces and messy places... all belong in my healing, growing, tender and transforming heart home. Day after day, moment after moment, breath after breath -- I survive, I thrive, I live. Life is so vividly, viscerally, viciously and vivaciously beautiful because I feel it ALL. And I just couldn't and wouldn't be any other way as a person in a body, living a life on this magnificent Mother Earth. So grateful for my capacity to grieve and praise all there is to love in this life I get to live and proud of the way I choose to live it. I truly believe that feeling fully is the path to feeling fully alive.❤️ ✨
