Hard times do indeed require furious dancing! My weary spirit needs to be soothed with musical movement. My hardened heart needs to be sofened with the playful tenderness of shared sonic spaces. This has always been true for me and I feel so grateful for this weekly park-prancing ritual I get to host. It has been such a true and reliable source of buoyed purpose and soul reignition when the floodwaters of loss and grief have swept me under these past few years. Thank you to everyone who has shown up and made this sunset silent disco thing what it is. It's been such a life raft AND party boat that's kept me afloat come what may.
