There is so much to celebrate when it comes to the CrossFit Open, and this year was no different!

So many wins, firsts, frustrations, pushing limits, cheering, maybe some no-repping 😅 and a whole lot of fun!

A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to our quarterfinalists this year!!!! 🥳💪🏼👏🏼

This next series of workouts have been released and are to take place between this Thursday through Monday afternoon. Come cheer on your fellow athletes as they take on these 4 workouts!
