I'm a longtime Registered Dietitian, board-certified Functional Nutritionist, and BoneFit™ coach. After feeling the surprise and fear that came with my own diagnosis of osteoporosis in early 2023, I got to work to determine and heal the root cause of my condition, developed my customized functional nutrition plan, embarked on a comprehensive bone strengthening and balance training program, and adjusted my lifestyle to ensure optimal bone health. I'm healthier, stronger, and more confident in my future than before my diagnosis! My newfound FREEDOM inspired me to create my signature BoneFreedom™ program to help you achieve that feeling of freedom too!
