We invite you to join us for a meaningful and compassionate presentation focused on understanding grief—what it is, how it affects us, and how we can support ourselves and others through the healing process. Brian Flowers will be sharing insight and tools to help navigate grief.

Grief is not just about losing someone through death. It can happen whenever a person experiences a significant loss or change in their life. This might include losing a friendship, a pet, a relationship, a home, good health, or even an important dream or goal. People can also feel grief during life transitions, such as moving to a new place, changing schools, or when family situations change.

This series will take place the 2nd Thursday of each month!
