After my very first adjustment, I experienced an impressive transformation: I could turn my head to back up my car with a wider range of motion than I’d had in decades—and with minimal pain. My spine felt straighter and more open. I spontaneously said aloud, “Wow.”
For years, I experienced a persistent aching in my right shoulder and arm that worsened with tool use and typing.
