Jake Brog owner of Lab Athletics here with an exciting opportunity.

I am looking for 5-10 young athletes between the ages of 11-16 years old who are looking to unlock their full potential.

Ever since becoming a Dad I have been wanting to start a training program for young athletes.

I believe working out teaches all of us the skills, lessons, and mindset needed to win at life.

Yes I want this program to help your son or daughter get in better shape, see massive improvements on the field or on the court if they are involved in team sports... But more importantly I want this athlete development program to help your kids win at life!

I want to help them build unshakeable confidence in themselves and their abilities.

I want to help them realize that real change takes hard work, consistency, and requires sacrifice.

I want to help build their mental toughness so they look forward to the challenges life throws at them instead of running away from them.

I want this program to be more than just youth performance I want it to be about LIFE PERFORMANCE!

We had a bunch of people from the gym participate in the Bellingham bay running events over the weekend!

I hit my 3rd Bham bay marathon, some of our members did the relay, and some people did the half marathon!

Congrats to all runners who were out there getting after it this Sunday! And thank you for another great year!

Heavy Carries today!

Did you know one of the most accurate measurements for longevity is grip strength?

What to shoot for…. Being able to carry your body weight for 150 feet!

That might seem crazy but it’s a great indicator of where you are at on the health spectrum.
