⭐️Thanksgiving Hours Update⭐️
LNHC will be closing at 1pm Wednesday, Nov. 26th before our full day closures Thursday, Nov. 27th and Friday, Nov. 28th.

If you have medication refills that you may need during the closure, Now is the time to request them, and pick them up before 12:30pm on Wednesday, Nov. 26th.

4:30 - 6:00 PM.

November is National Diabetes Awareness month and staff across LNHC want to show support. November 12-14th from 9 am to 4 pm, LNHC will be hosting a Diabetes Clinic where community members both with diabetes and looking to prevent development can come to receive support and complete screening. A variety of services will be available, such as immunizations, foot exams, lab testing, and education and resources from various disciplines.

Participants will receive a winter care package upon completion of the various stations. The diabetes clinic will conclude on Friday, November 14 in honor of World Diabetes Day.
