Join us for a cozy Winter Solstice reset with Sura — meditation teacher, energy healer, best-selling author, and TedX speaker.

This special 3-hour gathering is all about slowing down and restoring your energy. We’ll settle in with crystal bowl sound healing, gentle restorative yoga, and a guided meditation to help you soften into the season and set intentions that actually feel true for you.

You’ll also receive energy healing to support whatever you’re ready to release or welcome in.

Think of it as a mini Solstice stay-cation: time to reflect, let go of what’s been weighing on you, and reconnect with a quieter, clearer version of yourself.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more balanced.

All levels are welcome — just bring yourself. 🌙

Join Mackenzie and local acupuncturist Cadie Selah for a calm, supportive evening as we shift into the slower pace of winter.

We’ll start with a 70-minute slow, restorative yoga practice led by Mackenzie — spacious movement, steady breath, and time to reconnect with yourself without rushing.

When we move into savasana, Cadie will offer light, thoughtfully chosen acupuncture points to support your immune system, nourish your energy, and help ease any physical or emotional tension you’re ready to release.

We’ll end with a warm cup of tea and a few quiet minutes together to settle and take in the experience.

A simple, steady reset before the season changes.

As the days get shorter and the nights stretch a little longer, let’s take a moment to slow down together 🍂

Winter is nature’s way of reminding us to rest — to hit pause before the busy holiday season and recharge. This class is all about that: slowing down, tuning in, and giving yourself some real care (or just a good excuse to fully relax).

We’ll start with a cozy restorative yoga practice led by to help your body unwind, then ease into a full yoga nidra — a guided “yogic sleep” meditation that melts away stress and helps you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

🌙90 minutes of rest, release, and pure restoration.

Come as you are — leave grounded, calm, and refreshed

📣Calling all yoga instructors for a small group sequencing mentorship!!

Dive into the art and science of Vinyasa Krama — a form of peak pose sequencing that honors both the physical body and the subtle energetics of asana practice. Translated, “Vi” means order, “Nyasa” means placement, and “Krama” reflects the uninterrupted sequence of events from beginning to end. Together, they describe a methodical unfolding where each posture, cue, and transition builds naturally toward an intentional and rhythmic class arc.

Through study, hands-on exploration, and Liza’s guidance, this small-group mentorship invites yoga teachers to move beyond surface-level sequencing and craft classes that flow like stories through the body — purposeful, cohesive, and informed by functional anatomy.
