What a fantastic way to close out the year! 🏁

In the last weeks of 2025, the ServiceMaster TBS team gathered at F1 Arcade in Philadelphia for our annual holiday celebration, and it was an evening to remember.

The competitive spirit was alive and well as our team hit the racing simulators—nothing brings people together quite like friendly competition on the track! Between races, we enjoyed great food and drinks while celebrating what matters most: the incredible people who make our success possible.

It was especially meaningful to recognize team members who went above and beyond this year. Your dedication and hard work don't go unnoticed, and moments like these remind us why we do what we do.

As we reflected on this year's achievements and shared our ambitious goals for the year ahead, the energy in the room was electric. A special highlight was watching a live sketch artist capture the evening—those drawings will be great memories to look back on!

Beyond the racing and recognition, what made the night truly special was the chance to relax and connect with the TBS family outside of our daily work. These moments of connection fuel our culture and strengthen our team.

Recently we completed a thorough floor restoration at a busy commercial kitchen, and it's a good reminder of how quickly grease, food particles, and daily traffic can build up on kitchen floors—even with regular maintenance.

Commercial kitchen floors face unique challenges. The combination of high heat, oils, proteins, and constant foot traffic creates layers of buildup that standard mopping simply can't address. Over time, this doesn't just affect appearance—it impacts safety (slip hazards) and sanitation standards.

The difference you see in these photos came from a multi-step process: degreasing, high-pressure cleaning, and proper extraction to remove embedded contaminants from the floor's surface and grout lines.
