Each month, I create a Focus for my yoga students. For September, the focus is Renew, Refresh and Restore. With the start of another school year for both students and teachers, we have to remember to wake up each day feeling renewed, refreshed and restored. And in the words of my role model wake up every morning and say β€œToday is going to be the best day of my life!” This has become my own mantra and morning ritual. Life is a precious gift and we should be grateful that we opened our eyes, got out of bed, our heart is beating and there is breath flowing through us. Thank the universe for allowing you to take on another day. Good luck to all students and teachers as they return to school and work tomorrow. πŸ“šβœοΈπŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ’»β­οΈπŸ™πŸ»β€οΈ
