Our EDS (Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) workshop with Susan Modugno was really amazing as are all of her workshops. A big thanks to Susan for taking the time and care she puts into each and every client. Thanks to all who attended: Emily Sandino, Sara Parr, Danielle Gleason, Liana Cook, Deborah Zadrazil,Chrissy Wolf and Kim Rant shared their experience with EDS which was both moving and informative. EDS is a disorder of the connective tissue causing hyper mobility, easy bruising, chronic pain and fatigue.

Also thanks to the instructors who came in to learn about EDS and to help those who are dealing with it - Kathy Drebotick, Denise Strong, Melissa Avino, Alexa Modugno and Pat Vaughn.

Another conference done! So lovely to meet Tammie Joseph from Pilates by Tammie all the way from Delaware. She and I have Sharon Lunati in common as one of our favorite clients.

It was also nice to see some faces from years past - Angela and I have been running into each other for years and we are still going strong.

Thanks to all the dedicated instructors who bring their knowledge and passion to us and inspire us to keep going. Especially thanks to all our clients who make it all worthwhile.

Wishing Ellen Kodack and her husband, Chris, the best of luck in their new home in the Carolina’s. We will miss you Ellen. Thank you for all your support and friendship from the very beginning. Please take note,
The Wednesday “slower paced” class is moving to Friday at 9am. The athletic class will appear on the schedule as a “pop up”special class. Look for an announcement to find out when we will schedule it.
