I've worked for 30 years in the service industry and have seen the toll of being on your feet for long hours and the stress and pressure it brings to one's well being. I also have worked in the spa industry for the past 15 years, I have seen how massage can enhance one's well-being. Combining my profession experience with my nurturing spirit, becoming an LMT was something that seemed to come natural to me. I studied at the Cortiva Massage Institute and graduated as a LMT. Adjacent to my studio, is Sweat Tease, a Victorian tea room offering a welcoming space to enjoy fresh baked goods and a cup of tea. This Our neighboring locations allow for visitors to 604 Main to enjoy a healing touch before or after you steep! In addition to working in my studio, I find joy in serving the sick. I volunteer with Ascend Hospice to provide massage to those receiving hospice care and am passionate about finding a cure for ALS through fundraising efforts.

It’s been a great 3 years!!! What a journey from book clubs,golf clubs,art walk,seafood fest,Christmas events,wellness nites and our fundraiser Pink for a purpose which sponsored Lin’s Liens which provides a healing sanctuary for women in need. I’m so thankful to Sweet Tease Cafe and everyone who supported Lynette’s Healing Touch!!!
