So I made a video for you guys by popular demand! Wow so much interest and comments on the EMF post.

So I tried crystals, many beliefs around the spiritual community think they sheild from negativity. What I found may lead us to some deeper discussion about how crystals are amplifiers. They add-to whatever energy. This is interesting because crystals can be used with many intentions, and as we’ve seen in black magic, not always good. They are neutral in themselves, but they amplify whatever energy is given to them. That’s an opinion. Let’s debate cause I’d love to further this with some deeper discussion.

Everything is energy, and there is harmonic energy and disharmonious energy. So imagine being in nature- it fills you up you feel peaceful and uplifted. That an example of harmonic energy. Harmony , wellness, giving and healing. It’s a full spectrum like a radio with radio stations. Some energy hurts us, makes our brains confused and takes from us by disconnecting us from the harmonies of nature and healing frequencies. It can cause depression, anxiety and illness, even cancer . You can think of everything in these terms. Is this food, this music, this environment, this energy contributing to my wellness and contentment or my illness, disconnection and going in the other direction.

It’s important to note that I am new to this and I don’t know exactly what spectrum of emfs are being read. Because there are waves of energy all around us at all times. This is related to electrical energy, and as always I believe the data is incomplete. So enjoy and let me know your thoughts.

Dear God, the universe and all the beings of love and unity, please hold us humans in your loving embrace. Give us strength, humility, discernment and grace. Give us unity and peace. Give us eyes to see the truth, ears to listen to one another and hands to nurture and build a better society. May all beings be free from suffering, poverty and fear. May accountability and justice be swift. May forgiveness of ourselves and others be deep and penetrating. May all beings be birthed anew and free from their shackles, trauma and torment.

I see now that the abuser was once the abused. The bully is the one who’s lost their way. Free your people from disillusionment, and greed. Free us from what binds and blinds us within, and without.

We are taking our power back. May no man or woman rule without consent and care in mind of the whole. May all minds be free from the darkness of the shadow world which seeks to separate. Hear my prayer, thank you God. We have work to do my friends.

My intention lately has been to stay informed, to honor my grief and anger.

Then to pivot my focus to the world I prefer to create. I try my best to be in that creative, peaceful excited and trusting energy as much as possible each day. Levity and laughter at the absurdity of it all has been an absolute must, as well as realizing I am way more powerful than I realized. I’m watching things happen in real time that I just began fantasizing about days ago, in a beautiful way.

Sometimes knowing the truth, although super important because it moves us and inspires us to the better, it can be too heavy and makes me really lose my peace and motivation.

We can’t deny either, or put our heads in the sand. I really believe that the “bad” in the world serves us so we can make choices about what we want to do next. Our little choices every day matter. Like they say the flap of a butterfly wing makes a hurricane on the other side of the world.

I refuse to let my boiling rage be my only contribution. However, I need to make room for those moments as well. Peace to you my friends. ✌️
