These classes are for anyone and everyone who is looking to take control of their health and wellness from the comforts of their own home. I keep my virtual classes small so that I’m able to see each individual on my screen and give tips and guidance along the way. I reach out to the day before the class to make sure you’re coming to class to help with accountability and consistency.

Join this all over strength training class using various sets of free weights and body weight exercises to ensure strong and lean muscles and a revved up metabolism leaving you feeling strong fit, and confident.

Friday 8-9am via zoom
Butts and Gutts
Join this incredible class focusing on lower body strength and core moves to ensure a healthy fit body and a fiery metabolism. This all levels all encourage class will utilize free weights and bands to maximize muscle gained and calories burned..
