Most people don’t realize this is happening when they move.
When the knee collapses inward like this, the joint is in a compromised position.
Over time, that kind of movement isn’t doing your knee any favors.
The goal isn’t to force the knee into place —
it’s to understand why it’s happening.
What we often see is a lack of control at the hip.
When that happens:
• The inner thigh starts to take over
• The glutes aren’t stabilizing well
• The femur falls into internal rotation
• And the knee follows
This is where we start.
The exercise shown here helps:
✓ Reposition the pelvis
✓ Restore right glute function
✓ Improve how the hip controls the knee
When that’s in place, the knee starts to track better — without forcing it.
