Ember & Oak Counseling will be at the Health and Wellness Fair on May 2 at Blackhawk Technical College — and we are so excited to show up in this space.
This is our very first community event, and it feels incredibly meaningful to connect face-to-face, answer questions, and be part of a larger conversation about mental health and healing.

Ember & Oak Counseling officially opens its doors next Wednesday — and my heart is so full.

Ember represents the quiet strength that remains, even after the fire.

Oak represents deep roots, resilience, and steady growth.
This practice was built for the in-between spaces ——
for the ones healing from trauma, navigating change, carrying grief, rebuilding after heartbreak, or simply feeling ready for something different.
I’ll be offering trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR, in a space designed to feel grounded, safe, and steady.
If you or someone you love has been looking for support, I’m now accepting new clients.
