EMDR is a psychotherapy approach that has been researched for over 30 years. EMDR is an effective approach to help you break through the emotional blocks that are keeping you from living an adaptive and emotionally healthy life.

Meet the newest member of our staff…Georgie!
Georgie is an older Bearded Dragon that I use much like equine therapy, to help teach self regulation skills. Georgie provides an amazing in the moment response system with his colorful beard and gentle spirit. What a motivating way to help teach self regulation skills!

Don’t worry, for those of you that don’t want Georgie to be part of your session. He is in a safe secure cage behind my desk.
