👑 From Rehab Stay to Second Home
Gladys Tirado-Diaz first came to Beloit Health and Rehabilitation for short-term rehab and later returned as a long-term resident after realizing how much she missed the atmosphere and the people who cared for her.
“This feels like a second home,” Gladys shares. “The staff are attentive, kind, and always willing to help.”
She loves staying active through activities like bingo and looks forward to her weekly visits to the beauty shop, where she enjoys trying new hair colors and feeling refreshed.

"I first came to Beloit Health and Rehabilitation for short-term rehabilitation and returned home afterward. A year later, I realized how much I missed the atmosphere here and the people who cared for me, so I decided to come back as a long-term resident. This feels like a second home to me. The staff are incredibly attentive, caring, and always willing to help me with anything I need. They treat me with kindness and respect. I love all the activities, especially bingo. It's something I always look forward to, and it keeps things social and fun. One of my favorite things to do is the beauty shop weekly. I like to try new hair colors monthly, and they make me feel beautiful and refreshed. Returning back here for long-term was the right decision for me.
