We are seeking to hire a fulltime dedicated and experienced Restoration Tech/ Working Supervisor. The ideal candidate needs to possess strong leadership skills and a good understanding of carpentry and basic handyman skills. Experience in water, mold, and fire mitigation is a plus, must have a strong ability to communicate effectively. Previous professional experience required.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be able pass a background check.

Hours can range 40- 50 hours a week.
Pay rate is based on skills and experience.
You would be responsible for restoration services for properties affected by water, mold, fire, and other damage. This includes drying and dehumidifying wet areas, repairing flood damage, removing mold and fire-damaged structure, etc. The Technician must be knowledgeable in construction, carpentry to effectively assess and address the damage.
You would also be responsible for restoring a home or business to its pre-loss condition after a damage incident. This may include water extraction, structural drying, demolition, dehumidification, mold remediation, and repairs. The technician must be knowledgeable of all applicable safety standards. The successful candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to lift and move heavy objects.
