Melissa Allen, a colleague, wrote the following about Cathy.

“Cathy and I have been working collaboratively on behalf of a patient in order to make sure that the proper external entities were able to get the information they needed. Cathy poured herself into the patient’s file and went through all of the claims from this year and last year, making sure that everything was clear, precise, and ready to go. I was then able to send the claims through to the patient’s portal to be received by the paying entity. Cathy went above and beyond to help the patient be able to get the information where it needed to go. Without her, this endeavor would not have been successful!”
