King-Johnson Adult Family Home, LLC Welcome to our adult family home! Feel free to message, email or call us for more information. ADLs include things like bathing, eating, hygiene, and dressing.

King-Johnson Adult Family Home is a state-licensed community-based residential assisted living facility that provides daily living supports to the elderly, frail and individuals with behavioral challenges and/or Developmental Disabilities. The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to parks, shopping and close to community resources. Our trained staff provides residents with person-centered individualized care, supportive services and assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs). Services may also include basic first aid and assistance with medication management. We provide delicious healthy meals based on residents’ nutritional needs. We are a four-bed facility and offer both semi-private and private rooms, a robust activity schedule and social opportunities for residents, and have communal areas for residents to enjoy. There is a vehicle onsite to provide transportation to outings and appointments. Our caregivers are highly trained to support everyone’s needs and are onsite 24 hours a day with awake overnight supervision.

🌧️ Due to inclement weather, our office will be closed on Monday, March 16 and there will be no meal deliveries. The safety of our staff, volunteers, and community remains our top priority. Clients were notified on Friday to use their Blizzard Bags filled with shelf-stable meals in case travel conditions became unsafe.
