There’s something deeper being invited this week…

✨ April 20 at 7pm: Shadow Work: Resentment & Wounded Child
This month, we’re focusing on the layers underneath resentment.

The repressed anger.

The unmet needs.

The moments you felt powerless — and learned how to cope in ways that may still be showing up today.

Together, we’ll begin to:
• explore where your resentment comes from
• identify wounded child patterns that keep you stuck
• bring awareness to unconscious behaviors shaped by past experiences
• and start integrating the parts of you that have been pushed aside

This is an interactive workshop, meaning you won’t just be listening — you’ll be actively engaging through writing prompts, reflection, and discussion.

The goal isn’t to fix you. You are not broken. It’s to help you understand yourself in a deeper way — so you can begin to move out of cycles and into something different.

This work can be confronting… but it’s also where real change begins.

And as we move into next week:
✨ April 28 | 7pm: Akashic Records Readings + Spiritual Q&A
A space to gain clarity and understand the why behind your patterns on a soul level.

Happy Friday! For those of you registered for Reiki I and II this weekend, your manuals were emailed last night. If you did not receive them, let me know!

If you would still like to register for classes this weekend, you may do so today. Reiki I and II will not be taught again until some time in the fall. ❣️
