✨ Women’s Fund Grant Spotlight ✨

We’re excited to kick off our monthly recognition of 2025 Women’s Fund grant recipients as we count down to the opening of our next grant cycle.

This month, we’re highlighting Stateline Boys & Girls Club, awarded $3,000 for their Today’s Dreamers, Tomorrow’s Leaders project. This impactful program addresses a growing need in our community by equipping young women with career readiness skills, building confidence, and connecting them with local professionals for mentorship and networking.

As today’s job market becomes more competitive, programs like this help ensure young women can explore diverse career pathways and step into their futures with knowledge, support, and confidence. 💪

Introducing our newest therapist - Allison Ozolins, LCSW

She received her Bachelor’s Science in Social Worker degree from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and Master’s Degree from Aurora University-George Williams. Allison has worked in the healthcare for over 30 years. She currently works part time for Stateline MHS. Her focus is working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, stress, adjustment issues, and relationship challenges. Her integrative approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and client-centered practices to help clients feel supported and empowered. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She offers both in-person and telehealth sessions.

Introducing Paige Cousin, LCSW!

Paige joined the Stateline Mental Health Services team in December of 2025 as a full-time therapist. She received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in Psychology. Paige continued her education and received her M.S.W. from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa. Prior to working at Stateline Mental Health Services, Paige has had previous clinical experience working both in the outpatient setting with adults, as well as within a facility for adult men on probation/parole. Paige has experience treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, trauma, and behavior modification. Currently, Paige works both as a School Based Mental Health Therapist and in the clinic.

Introducing Erin Leonhardt, APSW

Erin joined the SMHS team in August 2025 as a full-time therapist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and a master’s degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University. Erin is currently licensed as an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW) and is actively working toward her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. Erin brings a passion for working with individuals experiencing a range of challenges, including developmental disabilities, anxiety, depression, self-harm, anger management, ADHD, and OCD. She takes a holistic, strength-based approach to therapy and values building collaborative, trusting relationships with her clients. Erin works with adolescents and adults and also provides school-based services at Gaston Elementary and The Lincoln Academy. In her free time, Erin enjoys reading, arts and crafts, spending quality time with friends and family, and visiting her beloved dogs back home whenever she can.
