Introducing Paige Cousin, LCSW!

Paige joined the Stateline Mental Health Services team in December of 2025 as a full-time therapist. She received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in Psychology. Paige continued her education and received her M.S.W. from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa. Prior to working at Stateline Mental Health Services, Paige has had previous clinical experience working both in the outpatient setting with adults, as well as within a facility for adult men on probation/parole. Paige has experience treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, trauma, and behavior modification. Currently, Paige works both as a School Based Mental Health Therapist and in the clinic.

Introducing Erin Leonhardt, APSW

Erin joined the SMHS team in August 2025 as a full-time therapist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and a master’s degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University. Erin is currently licensed as an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW) and is actively working toward her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. Erin brings a passion for working with individuals experiencing a range of challenges, including developmental disabilities, anxiety, depression, self-harm, anger management, ADHD, and OCD. She takes a holistic, strength-based approach to therapy and values building collaborative, trusting relationships with her clients. Erin works with adolescents and adults and also provides school-based services at Gaston Elementary and The Lincoln Academy. In her free time, Erin enjoys reading, arts and crafts, spending quality time with friends and family, and visiting her beloved dogs back home whenever she can.

November is Youth HOPE Month, dedicated to raising awareness about youth homelessness. Join us in showing support for young people in our community who are experiencing housing instability.

Wednesday, November 12th - wear GREEN to help raise awareness and end youth homelessness!

Youth homelessness is a reality that impacts students and families right here in Beloit. By wearing green, we stand in solidarity with these young people and commit to being part of the solution.
