Winter can be hard on your eyes. Dry indoor air from heating systems can worsen dry eye symptoms. Combat this with artificial tears and a humidifier. Increased screen time during cold months? Remember the 20-20-20 rule. Snow glare requires UV protection too! The EyeCare Center in Beloit has winter eye care solutions.
