Mitchell County Health Department Mitchell County Health Department At the Mitchell County Health Department and NCK Home Health Agency we are open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Immunizations are available by appointment everyday and by walk-in on Wednesdays. We offer a variety of programs, including Family Planning/Women's Health, Healthy Start/Home Visitor, Child and Adult Immunizations, Child Health Assessments, WIC, Fingernail and Toenail Trimming, and Home Health Services. The Home Health Services that are available include nurse visits, bathing and homemaker. If you

are interested or need information regarding any programs we offer at the health department please feel free to give us a call or stop by and see us.

Protect yourself by using insect repellent, wearing long sleeves/pants outdoors, and doing a full tick check after spending time outside. Remove ticks promptly and watch for symptoms like rash, fever, or fatigue. Stay safe and enjoy the outdoors! 🕷️☀️
