There are not enough words to show how much we appreciate all the work Dr. Fugate has done for our community throughout the years. We hope you enjoy retirement!

Dr. Fugate is retiring from Beloit Medical Center, PA

December 31, 2025 will be Dr Fugate's last day of seeing patients. All patients will be automatically transitioned to Dr. Elizabeth Smith, MD. Megan will continue as Dr. Smith’s nurse and will help ensure a smooth, seamless transition.

If you have any questions, concerns, or would prefer to request a different physician, please call the clinic or send Megan a message through the patient portal.

The Mitchell County Health Department will be closed tomorrow November 11th for Veteran's Day. Don't forget to head down town to watch one of the best parades around!!

Snow Angels are citizens of Beloit who are elderly or disabled that can be paired with a volunteer who will help clear their driveways. There were many residents snowed in last year during the blizzards.
