Handmade subperiosteal lower framework. Upper and lower milled dentures, lower is converted over with o-rings in analog style. We did this case a few weeks ago and I’m just now getting to post it.
The framework went in beautifully with good retention. Thank you to Dr. Jesus Gonzalez and Dr. James Lish for giving us the opportunity. Work like this is a life changer for us and the patient.
