🚗💤 Car Seats Are for Travel — Not for Naps! 💕
We’ve all been there… you finally get home and your sweet baby is fast asleep in the car seat. It’s tempting to just let them snooze, right? 🥰
But here’s the important safety reminder:
👉 If you’re not in the car, take baby out of the car seat.
Car seats are designed to keep babies safe while traveling at the correct angle. When placed on the floor, couch, or table, that angle can change. A baby’s head can slump forward, which may affect their breathing.
💛 Safe Sleep =
✔️ Baby placed on their back
✔️ Firm, flat surface (crib, bassinet, or play yard)
✔️ No blankets, pillows, bumper pads, or stuffed animals
✔️ Use a sleep sack instead of loose blankets
Even if baby fell asleep in the car, gently move them to a safe sleep space once you’re home.
It’s not about being perfect — it’s about being informed and keeping our little ones safe. 💕
