Now Hiring On-Call Crisis Mental Health Practitioners
Pay: Up to $1,500/week (On-Call)

Stellher Human Services is hiring On-Call Crisis Mental Health Practitioners in Becker County to provide face-to-face crisis assessments, intervention, and stabilization services for adults, youth, and families. This role works collaboratively with a Mental Health Professional (MHP) and community partners to support individuals during mental health crises.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
Master’s degree preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science (or related field) with qualifying experience or internship/practicum OR 4,000 hours of relevant mental health experience
Strong crisis assessment, communication, and cultural responsiveness skills
