Yoga has always been a practice of devotion for me. I started taking yoga classes 25 years ago, and it has been a constant for over half my life, in multiple countries, states, through it all…..my young athletic days, my traveling solo days, pregnancy, early motherhood, postpartum and now into perimenopause……yoga and me, we have been though thick and thin together. It is a practice for my soul more than anything. It is never performative. It is about being in my own body and connecting to something greater than me. 🌟
I love teaching and sharing yoga with others. I have the joy of combining my two greatest passions every Friday as I lead my Yoga for Pelvic Health & Healing class. This class is about being in your body. It’s about spending time connecting to your center. It’s for learning more about your pelvic area, and how it is connected to your breathing pattern and your nervous system. It’s for being in community while doing all of that and more. 🧘🏻♀️
So come join me. We meet every Friday 12:30-1:30 at Namaspa. You can get more information and sign up weekly at my website: www.lotusflowerphysio.com/yoga🪷
