As we enter Autumn, the opportunity for us to come together and access the powerful healing energy from the Harvest Moon is again available to us.

This is a ceremony that was passed down to me from my shamanic lineage that turns back the hands of time by two years. There is one night of the year, where the energies of the moon connect with the energies of the earth in such a way that physical and energetic Youthing can occur. This is the night of the Harvest Moon.

From the heart of Africa, an ancient ritual of Youthing has been passed down from teacher to student. This is a highly sacred ceremony that has been gifted to me from master teacher and healer, .

Join me in this sacred ceremony, as we turn back the clock and allow the lunar powers of Youthing to welcome you.✨🌕✨

*We will be meeting on October 6th at 8:30pm at Pioneer Park. Please pre-register.
*Financial exchange is $33.
*Please bring something to lie down on (blanket, yoga mat, etc.)
*Wear comfortable clothes, dress warmly/in layers (keep in mind this is an outside event)

What a beautiful day for book club! The potential for spring is already in the air, and I’m so happy to open and unfold into the blossoming season.

We are moving into the final chapters of the essential book for awakening women, Women Who Run With The Wolves, after 2.5 years of starting this book and book club. I’d be curious if there are any other book clubs that have spent as long on one book.. lol🤔

Chapter 12, Marking Territory: The Boundaries of Rage and Forgiveness. Come join us tonight as we read and discuss this timely chapter full of wisdom for the wild woman on her journey of reclaiming the fullness of her passionate rage, and healthy expression and completion of its cycle.

As we welcome the snow and the deep months of winter, I’d like to invite you to the nourishing fire of self care. We will be offering restorative yoga, network chiropractic and sound healing to reset your mind, body and spirit. Did you know that one of the meanings for yoni is cosmic matrix?

Researching the meaning and history for the names given to the feminine s*x, in preparation for next week’s Yoni Remembering workshop .

Synchronistically, this past Thursday the stars aligned for an incredible creative collaboration with .feed.the.souls , that opened the door to Shakti and honored embodied feminine expression.

What a gift, to be seen in my wholeness and to witness the reflection. I highly recommend giving this gift to yourself and having Danielle paint you.

What a powerful and liberating way to consciously access the divine feminine, leading into the Yoni Remembering workshop next Friday.

With deep reverence, I am honored to offer this workshop with those that feel the call. Let’s come together in sisterhood, as we open the door to our healing and remembering our access point to the cosmos within.💫🌹✨
