The focus for Yoni Remembering V is Sacred Union of our inner masculine and feminine energies. We will be honoring and healing these two aspects and how they play out within our consciousness, life and body. Through gently layering ceremony, embodied movement, meditation and journaling exercises, Taoist practices, group yoni steam, and creating art symbolizing your inner sacred union; we will begin building a foundation of wholeness and awaken our sacred sexual creative power.
The highlights for this retreat are:
🌷Sacred Movement – Guided movement to assist in dropping into our body and yoni;
🌷Sacred Connection – Guided Meditations, Journaling and Practices, to connect into and express the strength and shadow aspects of our inner feminine and masculine energies;
🌷Sacred Ceremony – Ceremonies paired with specially curated herbal tinctures, honoring the inner alchemy and union of the masculine and feminine;
🌷Sacred Healing – Group Yoni Steam & Taoist practices to remove negative chi from the organs, helping to balance the yin and yang energies;
🌷Sacred Touch – Guided Healing Yoni Massage, this will be done in a private, safe and honoring container. We will practice opening our inner masculine and feminine energetic channels by awakening and directing our sexual energy;
🌷Sacred Art – An Art Piece created on the final morning, symbolizing your inner Sacred Union.
