You guys!!! It’s almost the end of RIVER SEASON this year and my golly it felt like it went by quick!
We want to CELEBRATE with YOU before we pack up and head to our additional new year-round location (woot woot!!). It’s a SAUNA PARTY!! 🍃💚💫🌊🎉
Join us our last two days at the river this season, Sunday May 3rd and Monday May 4th for discounted sessions, hydrating birch water tastings, discount passes for sessions at our Hanai location, a raffle for a free private session at Hanai and other surprises - PLUS a SUP and SAUNA meet-up Sunday AND TWO Banya style whisking sessions with our friend Josiah from on Monday evening 🍃🍃(5pm and 6:30 pm!!)

In the sauna we shed our layers of identity and are brought into the recognition of our common flesh and blood. Sauna creates a safe space that tends to breed connection, conversation, and respectful exchange of ideas.
