The world is heavy and our work has always been centered on lightening that load, creating and holding space for our community to heal, and fostering connection with nature, community and self.

In the sauna we shed our layers of identity and are brought into the recognition of our common flesh and blood. Sauna creates a safe space that tends to breed connection, conversation, and respectful exchange of ideas. It is our highest intention to continue to serve our community by holding space for all to come and heal and find a common thread with the human sitting across the bench.
