A Fond Farewell (For Now) to Kate Meyer, PA-C

We’re excited to share some bittersweet but happy news: our beloved Kate Meyer, PA-C, has decided to step away from patient care at the end of this year to spend more time with her family.

While we’ll miss her deeply, we’re so happy for her as she embraces this next chapter. Kate’s compassion, dedication, and warmth have been at the heart of Caldera from the start. We’re endlessly grateful for the care she’s given to our patients and our team.

We’re also happy to share that our two newer Family Nurse Practitioners, Thomas Leavitt, FNP, and Teylor Wiese, FNP, will be taking over care for Kate’s patients — and they’re excited and honored to do so.
