The Yoga Lab Community page with the purpose of staying connected for former yoga lab teachers and students

The Yoga Lab's founders Aleta Adams, Rebecca Bell, Ulla Lundgren are dedicated yoga practitioners and teachers with over ninety years of combined exploration and study of yoga. They came together out of a longing for a "yoga home" grounded in tradition yet open to innovation, exploration and continuing education. Their asana/yoga-pose background is in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Anusara and eclectic Vinyasa Flow. We are dedicated to offer a full spectrum of yoga sadhana/practices including yoga philosophy, kirtan/devotional chanting, meditation, ayurveda and of course lots and lots of fun Yoga classes. We welcome all ages, beginners to advanced practitioners, and hope that you will find The Yoga Lab an inspiring, playful, and transformational yoga community.
