I created this group to share my love of paddleboarding, yoga, and community—empowering women to move, connect, and rise together on the water. Yoga on Water was founded by PIF Master Trainer , 200RYT Michele Colombe

Basic Stand up paddle boarding & a Gentle Sup Yoga class We will begin with a short briefing that covers water safety, proper stance and form for balance and confidence on the board. Demonstrate proper water entry on board and then practice basic paddling techniques while on the water. We will paddle into our Gentle Yoga class where we will move at a gentle pace as we balance the mind and body through breathing techniques, and asanas in this Hatha style class. Slowly release tension, free the joints, cleanse the body, and enable the mind to be quiet. Experience quiet relaxation on your board as you breathe in the fresh air, feel the soft breeze through your hair and gentle kiss of the sun on your skin





SUP Yoga Classes will be instructed by Michele Colombe- 200 RYT from Hot Spot School of Yoga, World Paddle Association/WPA Level 2 certified,
Master Trainer Paddle Fitness certified, SUP Yoga certified. Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices (PFD), & support equipment will be provided for the class. All students must know how to swim and be comfortable in and near water. All you need to do is show up with your sunscreen and a Smile


No matter what your experience or level of fitness, you will be paddling and balancing by the end of your very first class!

What to Bring & Expect for Restorative Yoga + Embodied Rest

You don’t need much to experience deep rest — just yourself and an open heart.

Here’s what I suggest you bring:
• Wear cozy, layered clothes that let your body fully relax — think soft, stretchy, and warm.
• Bring your favorite yoga mat, if you have one — or don’t! I’ve got you covered.
• If you love your own blanket or pillow, feel free to bring it — but I also provide all the blankets, bolsters, and props you’ll need to fully melt into rest.

✨ New to class? I highly recommend arriving early and trying one of the other wellness modalities in the space. Many of them are designed to help your nervous system release tension — which makes your yoga experience even more restful and healing.

And here’s something special:

💫 When you sign up for your first yoga class, you’ll be eligible for a discounted rate on any modality at the studio! Just reach out to Tasha (the owner), and let her know you’re a yoga client — she’ll help you schedule your session at the discounted rate as a welcome gift.
