JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2026
THERAPEUTIC YOGA SERIES
Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy - Athletic Club of Bend and Still Water Yoga & Wellness () are partnering to offer another 4-week therapeutic yoga series.

We are passionate about coming together in this four week series as we believe yoga is a powerful pathway to healing, physically and mentally.

Our class size is limited so that focused and thoughtful attention is given to each student’s needs. Within this supportive and nurturing environment, students develop a deeper understanding to support healthy, stable movement patterns so that you can move comfortably with ease, both on and off the mat.

Beyond physical poses, therapeutic yoga helps to create a greater understanding of the mental body as well.
Using breathwork, thoughtful and intentional movement and visualization, the nervous system is facilitated toward a calm state. Whether you are new to yoga or a practiced yogi and wanting to strengthen your foundation, this therapeutic yoga workshop will give you the tools you need to heal further.

Meet our new(ish) staff PT Hannah Jamie. She is an amazing human and PT. We know you would love her as much as we do if you met her. Catch a glimpse now…..

1. Where is your hometown? — I grew up in the opposite corner of the country — in Ft. Myers, FL!

2. How long have you lived in Bend? — We moved here August 30th, 2024, so almost one year!

3. What is your fave color and why? — I’ve always loved shades of blue. I grew up near the ocean, and blue always feels like a very calming, peaceful color.

4. What is your fave food? — I love meatballs! Meatball sub, spaghetti and meatballs— however they’re served I love ‘em!

5. Where is your fave place to hangout? — My favorite place to be is with my family! We love going on walks and hikes, exploring together.

6. What are your hopes and dreams about the future? — What a big question! Vocationally, I love spending time with patients of all ages and athletic abilities. I enjoy mentoring students and would love to do more of this in the future. In my personal life, nothing makes my heart happy like spending time together as a family. We have a toddler, and I’m due with baby #2 this October. My biggest hope for the future is a healthy life of big hugs and little family adventures together.

7. What is in the back of your refrigerator rn? — We ALWAYS have the fridge stocked with fruit. Our 1.5-year-old toddler snarfs down fruit like it’s going out of style, so we try to stay ahead of the hungry little peanut!
