Calling all parents of 3 & 4 year olds! Consider joining us for our super fun Tula Tots camps this summer. Obstacle courses, tumbling, arts & crafts, games, and more! June 22-26, July 6-10, July 20-24 and August 3-7, 9am-12pm. Early drop off (8am) or late pickup (1pm) available for an additional fee. $225 for per week. We can’t wait for summer camp season 😎

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Wood is the element associated with the season of Spring. It is a powerful time of year to plant new seeds of intention, w**d out old energy, and make space for new and sustainable growth. Join Lotsie for this special workshop that will focus on ways to harmonize and incorporate the wood element into your daily life. A combination of theory, movement and Thai massage, this workshop will leave you more informed for how to use this element to shift your perspective, tend to your own internal garden and easefully sprout into this new season.

We’re excited for our whimsical nature themed student showcase on May 30! This is for all currently enrolled youth program students. We are still enrolling for some of our youth classes which means there is still time to join both class and the showcase. Showcase registration closes April 10. This is always a really fun time and they always do such an amazing job. Stay tuned for when tickets go on sale if you want to come cheer them on! 🧚 💜
