A Body Polish treatment starts with dry brushing to gently exfoliate your skin while stimulating your lymphatic system. Followed by a sugar scrub and finishing with a moisturizing body oil. This helps remove dead skin cells and supports your immune health by encouraging better lymph flow, and also leaves the skin glowing.

Regular lymph stimulation can reduce swelling and help your body clear toxins more effectively. Plus, it leaves your skin refreshed and softer.
