Thank you to all the wonderful Care Givers out there!

We see you!❤️

Happy National Caregivers Day! Caregivers come in many forms. Whether you're assisting a loved one with daily tasks, acting as a caregiving professional, or offering help to someone with a disability, a chronic health problem, or declining health due to aging - your support makes a big difference.

While we hope you feel seen and appreciated for all you do, we know that caregiving can be both rewarding and demanding. Taking care of yourself is just as important as the care you provide. Check out our website for resources that can support you as a caregiver: https://www.oregon.gov/odhs/aging-disability-services/pages/caregivers.aspx
