Join us May 29th - June 1st as we collaborate with to offer this hands-on learning experience in a beautiful, tranquil setting.
Guests will learn how to turn the forest into their grocery store and confidently identify an array of wild foods. We’ll also discuss how to transform these ingredients into delicious and nourishing meals, or preserve them to enjoy later.
Embrace living with the land in this 4-day workshop, where you’ll stay in a spacious lodge nestled in the heart of the Laurel Highlands— a mountain region in Pennsylvania known for its crystal clear streams and waterfalls, dense forests, and cozy valleys.
In between foraging and plant identification walks, cooking demonstrations, and workshops, there will be plenty of downtime for relaxing and connecting with nature.
Enjoy daily yoga & mindfulness classes, and meals that feature foraged and homegrown ingredients. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided by Jordan, Silvan and their longtime friend— private chef and retreat facilitator Samantha Freda.
