Brightwater Senior Living is proud to have successfully fulfilled our role in managing The Bartlett during its ownership transition and supporting a seamless transfer to its new ownership under Sienna.
When entrusted with the community, our team was committed to stabilizing operations, enhancing the resident experience, and strengthening occupancy. Through dedicated leadership and a focus on quality service, we were able to position The Bartlett for long-term success. We are especially pleased to have transitioned the community at a strong occupancy level, reflecting the hard work of our team and the trust of the residents and families we served.
