Part II of my conversation with Nyck Walsh is live now on the podcast, and I’m really looking forward to sharing it with you.
It’s been months since we recorded part I, and since then Nyck and I have kept talking, reflecting, learning, and becoming friends in the process. So this conversation feels especially alive to me — like a continuation of something ongoing, personal, and deeply meaningful.
We explore safety, neurodivergence, somatics, masking, healing, diagnosis, labels, power, and what it means to support people in ways that are actually collaborative, human, and non-pathologizing.
And I’m also celebrating Nyck’s new book, Neurodivergent Somatics in Therapy, which is such an important contribution to this conversation. You can find a link to order his book (with a discount) in the episode show notes.
So grateful for Nyck, for this dialogue, and for all of you who care about creating safer, more affirming spaces.
