This year, more than ever, I’ve had so many folks (whether highly sensitive, neurodivergent, experiencing burnout, or entering perimenopause) in my spaces wondering why they're so exhausted even though they're doing all the "right" things.
And I've seen so many make the mistake of doing more - more therapy, more focus on trauma, more courses, more trying to fix themselves - thinking they just haven't found the right solution yet. It feels really counter-intuitive, but they have it backwards. Doing more is not the solution.
So I'm thinking of putting together a gentle self-assessment guide (for free) that would help people like you get out of survival mode without the endless self-improvement hustle.
