Do you know Lisa Campbell at Samsara Healing Arts? A little bit about her!

“Samsara Healing Arts was born from a lifetime of intuitive sensitivity, a personal journey through chronic illness and profound transformational healing.
I’m Lisa, a QHHT Level 2 Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Holy Fire Reiki Master, and Intuitive Channel. From a young age, I sensed emotions, received messages, and experienced moments of guidance that shaped my understanding of healing as something both mystical and deeply human.

I know what it’s like to stand at the edge of pain and wonder if healing is possible. My own path through chronic illness, faith, and transformation taught me that healing is not about perfection — it’s about coming home to yourself. QHHT changed my life in a way that awakened my soul, restored my hope, and reconnected me to a promise I made to live in service.

I create a healing space that is gentle, grounded, and free of judgment. I honor each person’s story and meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re seeking clarity, physical healing, emotional release, spiritual awakening, or a deeper sense of peace. A little bit about her- “I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with an M.A. in Professional Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis and certificate in Eating Disorders from Lewis & Clark College. I have been a therapist since 2013 and having been working in somatics for over 20 years. I specialize in weight and body image-related worries as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life-transitions. I emphasize Health at Every Size®, size inclusivity, Intuitive Eating, mindfulness based practices, body-mind connection, liberation framework, Internal Family Systems (Level 1), EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy®(Level 2). I utilize a social justice and intersectional mental health approach and strive to create a space that is inclusive, compassionate, and safe.”

I am running an in-person workshop in Bend for those 18+ to slow down and honor the change of the seasons. This will be done by taking time for reflection and building connections with others. This will be done with grounding exercises, journal prompts, and discussion. Warm beverages will also be provided.

“Hi I’m Kelly, I find that I am my best self when in nature and being playful. Movement has always been a part of my healing journey; when I pair that with nature and the ability to slow down, I feel the most connected to myself and others.

In my free time, you will find me in the mountains searching for wildflowers, rock climbing at Smith Rock, or snuggling with my dog Bruce.
